Fair Oaks Ave. Keck Medicine/ Huntington Hospital Medical Offices On the Rise

In Pasadena, two new medical office developments are taking shape across from Huntington Hospital.

At 590 Fair Oaks Avenue, the exterior finishes are being added to a four-story, approximately 100,000-square-foot building that will be the future home of Keck Medicine of USC. This low-rise structure will include subterranean parking for 212 cars, with a steel frame and a white exterior, designed by SmithGroup.

Further south, at 758-766 Fair Oaks Avenue near Fillmore Street, construction is underway on a similar four-story, 100,000-square-foot medical office project, also with underground parking for 200 vehicles. Mascari Warner Dinh Architects is designing this contemporary building.
