New Chargers Training Facility Secures Funding

The Los Angeles Chargers have secured $276 million in financing for their new training facility and corporate headquarters.
Plans entail a 145,000-square-foot office building; three grass fields; esports studios; a 3,100-square-foot media center; 7,600 square feet of terraces; a 3,400-square-foot outdoor turf area; and a lap pool.
The campus will span 14 acres in El Segundo, CA. The Gensler-designed project is less than 3 miles from LAX and 7 miles from Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium.
